What to Expect
Kanani Pearl Spa is a boutique, wellness spa offering personalized treatments.  Upon entering, you feel a calmness gradually enveloping you. Aromatic fragrances wafting through the air awaken your senses. Soft music and the trickling sound of waterfalls reawaken the remembrances of island dreams. We invite you to relax in our sanctuary and leave the outside world…outside.

We are located in the historic Pearl District, a revitalized section of NW Portland, which has metamorphosed into a thriving community of urban lofts, fabulous shopping, parks, galleries and Portland's finest restaurants.

When to Arrive
Please remember to arrive at least fifteen minutes early so you have time to relax before your treatment. There is ample street parking in this area of the Pearl District, and we are located near downtown Portland, Oregon. If this is your first visit to Kanani Pearl Spa please allow some additional time to complete your personal profile form. 

Arriving late will deprive you of your treatment time.  As a courtesy to the next guest, should you arrive late, your appointment will end as originally scheduled..

Your Comfort

The best treatments will come from honest communication with our therapist. Please let her know if you feel any discomfort of if a particular area needs special attention.

Most services are best received fully undressed. However, all treatments can be done while clothed. Should you wish to wear clothing we can supply disposable garments if you like.

Beverages adn snacks are provided in our sanctuary area. Please ask our spa attendant if you should desire assistance.

Politeness
Please make certain your cell phones and pagers are silenced, and whisper in the spa area so other services are not disturbed.

The spa's shower and steam are used during our body treatments. Your patience is appreciated if there is a delay should you wish to use these facilities.

We respectfully request that children under 18 years be accompanied to the spa.

Payment & Cancellations
All services must be guaranteed with a credit card or gift certificate number. We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for a single service and 48-hour notice for multiple services.  If you are unable to give the necessary notice, you will be charged a 50% fee.  No shows will be charged 100% or loss of their gift certificate..  Cancel fees will be waived if we are able to rebook the space.

Gratuities - Gratuities are not inclused in service pricing with the exception of our Spa Packages and prearranged group bookings.

Possibilities
Spa cuisine is available upon 24 hour request and is included in our half-day spa packages.

Our spa is available for your bridal shower, birthdays, or any special day.  Speak with our spa director about planning details.
